Opening our doors in the fall of 2010, our concept of a fine dining experience at a moderate price has been welcomed with open arms by the Ridgefield community. After a trademark infringment regarding our name "Plate Ridgefield" was brought to light, we are excited to rename the restaurant "Cello" and offer organically house made limoncellos in a varity of flavors. We hold true to our style of cooking, fresh ingredients bought locally when available, prepared simply but with modern techniques to play with textures and flavors while creating different "takes" on a world cuisine.
